Tameka Jameson: Ms. Jameson is a retired professional 400m hurdler who has traveled the world competing and representing Nigeria's national track and field team. Prior to that, she represented Team USA at the NACAC Championships. She holds a BS in sports administration and communication studies from University of Miami, where she also competed. An entrepreneur and mother of an 8-year-old, Ms. Jameson believes in giving back. She coaches high school track and field and founded Impact the Next, an organization that encourages the next generation to be the healthiest version of themselves through fitness training. She also hopes to bring opportunities to less fortunate athletes around the world by hosting speed and agility clinics with coaching from former professional athletes.
Takecia Jameson: Ms. Jameson has a background in athletics, coaching and mentoring, and working with young people--and has proudly competed for Team USA in track and field. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching with a concentration on special education from the University of the Cumberlands, where she also served as Assistant Track & Field Hurdles Coach. She also held this role at Perry High School. She attended University of Miami in Florida with her sister and also competed on the track field there while earning her Bachelor's in liberal arts and sciences. Ms. Jameson has also worked as an Assistant Skills & Development Coach for Kids Elite Premiere, an athletic training and summer camp program. She is dedicated to mentoring her students and helping them achieve their personal best.
