Tuition, Fees, Cancellation and Refunds
Creative Summer at Home tuition is payable in full at the time of registration. A portion of tuition includes a registration fee of ten dollars ($10.00 per class that covers the cost of the application, credit card and processing fees. For classes that include a supply kit, $25 of the tuition covers supplies. Supply kits are not returnable and supply fees are not refundable once the kit has been delivered.
Cancellation requests must be submitted to the Creative Summer office in writing (email is acceptable). Tuition will be refunded as follows:
- Cancellation within three (3) days of registration: All tuition and fees will be refunded, except supply fees if a kit has been delivered.
- Cancellation on or before Monday, June 14, 2021: All tuition except the registration fee will be refunded. If a supply kit has been delivered, the supply fee of $25 will not be refunded.
- Cancellation after June 14, 2021: No tuition refund will be given, regardless of circumstance.
- Tuition payments forfeited due to cancellation of a program will not be credited to any other current or future Creative Summer program nor transferred to the account of a sibling or other family member.
These refund deadlines are firm; no exceptions will be made.
Refunds will not be given for technological issues on the part of the participant. This includes but is not limited to Zoom login errors, computer compatibility issues, Internet connection failure, electrical power outage, and/or speaker/microphone functionality.
Creative Summer at Home reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment. Should a program for which you have registered be cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund or you may transfer any fees paid to a different program.
